aftermarket replacement

Hey guys, I have a 2007 LE Path and it has stock navigation, dvd, and bose system. I like to find out if anybody has replaced the bose system (ALL) with aftermarket. My speakers are going to crap one by one and I need to replace asap. I seen a line out converter that kicker sells, all speaker wiring goes into this converter, without having to lose the stock look and having aftermarket accessories. Which brings to my next question, the harness that goes into the factory bose amp, is there a diagram that tells which speaker wire is which? And is the dvd connected to the head unit for control or to the bose amplifier ( just asking so I won't lose my dvd in the process). Has anyone done this or has anything to suggest? Thanx!
