Looking at installing a new pioneer AVIC unit, and wondered where you mounted or had mounted the gps antenna and mic for hands free phone use?

I have an 05 SE btw with non-bose stereo

Also, with the FM antenna is it a normal fm antenna or is it a smaller one that i'll need an adapter for to plug into the aftermarket deck?

I have ordered an AVIC x920bt myself and so I'm trying to find out where people are installing their GPS antenna and mic also. Does anyone have any advice on a good location and how best to install the device?
