The Nissan Path

Hi Ive just got a Pathfinder SXE fitted with ESP stability program. For some reason theres no on dash display to say whether the system is on or off - there is an off button!! Not sure that this is safe as other vehicles including Nissans show when the safety systems have been turned off.

Sounds like the ESP is the same thing as VDC here. Whenever I hit the VDC OFF button, I get an indicator on my dash that says "VDC Off." But, I have no idea about the European models.
