The Nissan Path

I had an 07 Murano where I purchased an ipod cable which routed through the XM port and was able to display the song text on the screen. I now have an 08 pathfinder LE with the music box and I cannot find any sort of cable that allows me to do this. I hate the auxillary port. I know some people have posted questions about this but I can't find any answers that address an Pathfinder LE 2008.

Does your vehicle have Satellite radio?

Yes it does. In my old murano i went through the satelite hookup but I wasn't sure if I could do the same in this car.

Any update to this? I have xm, nav, and would like to link the ipod.

Hey i purchased a Navtool (nav2go) and installed it and ran a spliced line in behind the dash to the aux and have a iphone which I jailbroke and installed a program called display out. With the program and the iphone/ipod video cord hooked up to the navtool I can have my Ipad and iphone hooked up to the navi screen and everything is displayed in both orientations. Most of the time I just have Slacker Radio or SPAM DO NOT CLICK playing with the album cover and artist info on my navi screen

Are you able to use steering wheel controls? Do you have the rear entertainment also?

Yes I still can use all steering wheel controls I don't have the rear entertainment but i have the button on the head unit for it.
