Adding AUX to 2006 Pathfinder with Bose

Postby tyba » Tue Mar 16, 2010 4:01 pm

I have a 2006 Nissan Pathfinder with Bose but without Navigation or DVD Entertainment equipment. I'm not sure if the unit is Satellite compatible or not, it doesn't have the antenna for Satellite that I can see.

I want to add an AUX jack to the car, am I able to use something like the PAC AAI-NIS2?

If not, is this what I need to do?

I'm looking for the most painless method possible, just really need the AUX input for my iPod...

Thanks

So, after reading the entire internet (yes I am horribly scarred now, thanks for caring) I've come to the conclusion that ALL 2006 Nissan Pathfinders with the Bose radio and 6 disc changer are satellite compatible and will work with the AAI-NIS2. The unit will be here tomorrow and I'm going to try the install, if I remember I'll let you folks know how it goes.
