BOSE SPEAKERS

Does anyone know if all the bose speakers are connected to the amp underneath the drivers seat? Or its just hooked straight up to the head unit? I want to replace all speakers with after market. Ill be using the bose head unit and hooking it up to a kicker line out converter that lets me use my oem head unit and install aftermarket speakers. THANKS PATHFINDERS!!!

Mine were all connected to the amp.
