Yes it's used, I had it on with my CAI. I removed it because I sold the CAI and want to sell this too.

I notticed that when I took it off this is how my mileage has gone since I removed the CAI and the TB spacer. I drive 60% highway 40% city and fairly agressive.

Exhaust, CAI, TB Spacer = 16.6 mpg avg
Exhaust, TB Spacer = 15.2 mpg avg
Exhaust = 14.3 mpg avg (the avg I got on the last tank of gas, 87 octane)

I just thought about the .9 mpg difference, and did the math at $3 per gallon... at 15,000 miles per year that is $19.63 per month. Not much savings but it makes a difference.

How long did you use it for? How loud was the whistle?

It's less than a year old, the whistle is not as notticeable with the stock intake as it was with the K&N FIPK I had on. It was really notticable with the K&N and it would create a kind of woosh as the throttle opened.

Wouldn't it be a good match with your new intake. I bought the same CAI and just wondering why your not using this.

I don't feel like puting it back on, I'am satisfied the way it is with the new CAI. This actually took care of the lost bottom end torque that was lost with the K&N. But now I have it all without the TB spacer..... new price $40.00 shipped!

My PayPal is [email protected] and I'm trying to find the two little aluminum stand-off's for the factory breather, I have the allen bolts for them but I can't figure out where I put the stand-off's. I definitely have the Spacer and bolts though. I had the CAI on with it so I didn't need the stand-off's and it's been a while, I'll try my best to find them today.
