Trippin to Orlando, FL

Starting this Sunday morning through Friday morning I'm going to be in Orlando. Other than the obligitory "universal/disney" conglomerates, what is there to do as a must/should do? Granted, thats pretty open ended so to narrow it down I'm not that big of a bar/club guy. I'll go with friends but on my own not so much. More like hands on type of shiz. I heard there was a Firetruck plant in Ocala that's neat to see. I wouldn't mind some good BBQ.

I'll be down for a convention but I doubt I'll go much so I've got plenty of drive time available.

Cape Canaveral/Kennedy Space Center -- 1.5 hour RT from Orlando.

I heard there was going to be a launch on Friday. I would assume its going to be from there. But with the crappy weather I see forcasted I'm not so sure about that. I'll have to look into the site.
