Just a quick pic on Mt. Rose (Nevada) from a recent ski trip...tested out new tires, 265/70/17 Firestone Destination ATs...pretty nice tire.

Oh man, I heard there wasn't any snow this year & there certainly isn't according to your photo. Northern Utah has been pretty dismal this winter also. Thanks for the post. I grew up skiing at Mt. Rose Ski Resort.

The snow on the mountain was actually pretty good, considering everywhere else. The photo is looking East, Reno is off to the front of the truck. It was really starting to warm up though. I was staying in Tahoe, and it was like 50 degrees, so I went to Rose that day since its alot higher and dryer...I just stayed in the Chutes all day and it was pretty darn ok...
