Postby Warpath07 » Mon Apr 04, 2016 4:30 pm

Hello all I'm new to lifts so please bare with me and if my question is ignorant sorry lol

I was thinking about using these components for the front
1.) Strut Spacer
http://www.4x4parts.com/i-18981439-path ... pacer.html

Deluxe Suspension Kit
2.) http://www.4x4parts.com/i-18915784-delu ... ckage.html

Now for the Rear

2" PRG Spacers
1.) http://www.prgproducts.com/shop/product ... ar-armada/

HD Rear Springs
2.) http://www.4x4parts.com/i-18981117-path ... coils.html

Will these work together ?

I just went the spacer route to be cheap but it would of been worth just spending the extra bucks to do it right.

Now for the rear if you can find a longer shock maybe 1"- 1.5" you can get more travel but not left really.

This is the suspension lift I have

http://www.4x4parts.com/i-18915779-delu ... hocks.html

I have no complaints. The ride is stiffer/harder, but that is what you would expect and is certainly not uncomfortable.

If I have a complaint it is the rear spring which I think is a little soft (600lb) and the rear does sag when towing. I tow a good 90% of the time when off road. I will be getting airbags.

If you carry cargo or tow airbags is a must.
I have the airlift 1000 but it will not give you a lift only stop the sagging.

If you plan on going the airbag route i recoomend you install them on the new springs since after they stretch and form the springs. Its harder to get them to fit different springs.
