is the rear diff FILL plug-hole??? Cant find it!!!

it's been a while :)
right side of diff, about in the middle (from top to bottom)
it's the same plug as the diff drain plug, same diameter, same washer, same hex wrench fits it
see page MA-28 in the service manual

It's a similar type plug, not the "same" plug. You need a 10mm hex socket and Nissan recommends a new crush washer, but many have re-used them (including myself) without problems. It's on the right side of the diff and a little tricky to get to. Best purchase I made is a fluid transfer pump to fill the diffs and transfer case. I use some fuel hose to connect to the pump which makes it easier to route the fluid. Mine's a little different, but something like this will do the job:

The fill plug is in a different location on the V6 rear, but otherwise the same.
