Coolant leak?

Hey guys need a little help, I'm pretty sure it's a coolant leak but I can't understand why the pipes are towards the rear of the vehicle? It's 2005 4.0 v6 pathfinder. I've put a video of the leak on you tube if anyone could just confirm it is coolant. Thankyou

Thank you again for the link got it fixed but still a slight leak, will have to tighten up the clamp a little.
