I ordered it to do my timing chains, job complete. this is the essential tool for the job that holds the crankshaft in place at the flywheel. I have $117.00 in it. not a scratch, looks like new (worked like a charm too!) make me an offer! thanks! I can text pics to you.

Hi Andy

There is another tool I saw that went around the hydraulic tensioners and nylon guides...did you use that or have to use to remove and replace those tensioners?

You don't need the press tool to install the tensioner fit to the plunger. Some people have been able to press them on by hand, but they must have stronger hands then me! I use a set of channel locks with a set of Craftsman vinyl covers designed for their Robogrip pliers to prevent the teeth from marring the plastic tensioners. If you don't have the covers, you can wrap a small rag around the end of the channel lock for just place it between the plastic tensioner foot and the channel lock. It'll pop right on. I've done four sets of them that way.
