4. 80w90
5.not to change at all.

My car is with 300000 km and i want to service and change the transfer case oil.
Not transmission.
Not front axle.

In North America, the transfer cases spec Nissan-matic Type "D" ATF or Dexron III/Mercon ATF. Nissan-matic "S" and synthetic ATF's, like Valvoline Maxlife ATF, AMSOIL synthetic ATF and Castrol Transmax Import Multi-vehicle ATF can also be used. That said, we don't have diesel Pathfinders in North America and I can't be 100% sure that your vehicle specs the same transfer case fluid as ours. Our transfer cases also have drain and fill plugs that use aluminum crush washers that should be replaced. While the plugs look similar, the drain plug has a magnet on it and needs to be installed in the drain hole.
