throttle restricter?

So i was poking around on ebay and i found this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/SUPERCHI ... 731wt_1350 . so i started reading about throttle restriction, now according to the frontier owners there restricted from w.o.t under 40 mph for 2wd where 4wd are restricted under 20 mph. So i would assume that pathfinders have it too. Even with the vdc off and a brake launch its always felt a little sluggish for having 290 pound feet of torque, but the top end is very good. Has any one chipped there pathfinder?

I have my V8 chipped, Hypertech Max chip, JET performance module, JET massive airflow sensor, NGK iridium sparkplugs, Magnaflow 50 series, and AirAID CAI.... Xtreme power noticed...
