I'm thinking of installing a cold air intake but am wondering if it's worth it at all, and also do I go with Stillen or NISMO. How much horsepower/torque diffference will I get?

I love mine... Definitely noticed an increase in mid-range power, gained about 1.3 MPG, and it's got a nice growl under throttle... I highly recommend the Volant intake. Here's the link to it on Auto Anything's website---> http://www.autoanything.com/air-intakes ... 7A0A0.aspx

Check out this video of a guy reportedly running the Nismo intake. I think it sounds sweet!!!

Thanks everybody. I went with the Nismo CAI. I still haven't installed it, but will be doing it soon.

I just addeed a K&N FIPK to mine and it is without a doubt Bad A... There is a natural growl that comes fom an engine that gets to breath better. MPG went up as well. The real advantage comes above 3500RPM and WOT. The power increase is most notable there. Also have a better throttle response especially on take off. Got my K&N cold air intake for $245 and the install was a breeze. It is really worth it.
