Is there a Timing Chain Tutorial

I have the dreaded secondary timing chain whine. I could complain all day about the 1500.00 quote from the dealership. But It wont do me or anyone else any good.

I have done a few timing belts and chains in my time, But never a variable one.

Does anyone have know of a "Timing Chain Tutorial" for the VQ40DE?

There's not one one this forum that I'm aware of. I did see a write up a while back on clubfrontier.com. It's the same engine.
