Carl, fuel injector question

Postby Gray » Wed Mar 19, 2008 5:44 am

Carl, after intalling the supercharger I was wondering if you also changed fuel injectors, injector rails or changed the fuel pressure regulator to modify fuel pressure. Thanks.

New rail, but the same OEM injectors, plus a 7th injector driven by the Stillen computer.

I must have missed that while reading their install doc. Was it installed somewhere in the intake path before the manifold or else where?

It's in the intake tube neck, just before the supercharger.

Thanks Carl, can you see any upside to using an adjustable fuel pressure regulator on the VQ40's or VQ56's to improve fuel economy or performance.
