Went to the dealership today and they could not find such a switch. The PNP switch has a harness according to the service manual but no actual switch. I am dumbfounded.

According to ALLDATA, the switch is Nissan P/N: 32005-7S11A which retails at $34.93.

Thanks. I just pulled up the part number through courtesy nissans parts website and it retails there for $30.18. However it is not a catagorized part. Has no description or illustration, but under powertrain/transfer case 331 they have 2 sensors 32006-R51003 and 32005-R51001 and they are both transfer neutral position switches and retail for the same price $30.18. Those were the only switches the parts department guys could pull up at my local dealership.

Courtesy Nissan doesn't use real Nissan part numbers at their site. Nissanpartszone.com uses real Nissan part numbers, but they use "**" in place of the first two numbers. Usually it's pretty easy to figure out what the first two numbers are, though, as they are "usually" the same as the part code number. (IE: part code "16400" in a part diagram refers NPZ's part number "**400-9E000" which is actually Nissan P/N "16400-9E000.")
