Weird noise when reversing.

With the right tools, its not too bad. You need a BFH (hammer of extraordinary size/capability) some pliers for the circlips, and some elbow grease. A solid surface for the pounding would also be required.

If you have access to a hydraulic press, it may come in handy.

I have a couple hydraulic presses at work that I could use. However, where in the process is the BFH (I like that term) required?

Sorry I've been MIA. Finally got my car serviced and they replaced the front and rear brakes, as well as the front rotors. But now it seems the car vibrates when I come to a stop so I'll need to keep an eye on that, and I still feel like I can hear, although not near as loud, the creaking noise when I go in reverse.

Oh well. Its always something...
