Nissan dealer / parts

Postby dawgn86 » Tue Nov 06, 2012 11:58 am

Over the few years I have cruised this site, I have noticed several folks mention a Nissan dealer in New Jersey that always knew their stuff and had about any part needed.

I tried my dealer in Athens today for this part # 96917-9BH0D - Nissan COVER RH..it is a quarter sized plastic snap in bezel above the power port for aux audio if your radio is equipped..mine isnt. They quoted me 60.00 for about .25 cent worth of plastic.

Anyone know this dealer's name and contact? or any other dealer? This is for a Nissan Frontier truck.

Thanks

That's how most dealer parts are, severely overpriced.

I always use www.courtesyparts.com.

But, if I'm in a rush, I'll print out a quote from Courtesy and take it to my local dealer and they typically match the price.

I tried Courtesy; they did not have the part in stock.

The Nissan MSRP is $62.23 for the part. Courtesy Nissan is good, but I've found consistantly better prices at a Nissan dealer in NY state, Mike Barney Nissan. They show the part for $44.81 +shipping at their site:

The NJ dealer you're referring to is Cherry Hill Nissan. I believe "Mike" is the name of the guy in the parts dept. He'll set you up with a wholesale account if you're a member of this site. There's info in the "Praise or Postal" section.
