Stick with the #6240. The 4469 is NGK's "economy" irdium plug, recommended for 60,000 mile intervals. If you want to go with an iridium, use the NGK OE Iridium plugs that were installed in the 2008 and later VQ40DE engines as well as the V8. Last time I checked, they were about $6 per plug more than the Laser Platinum 6240's and not worth the extra money as far as performance. The engine doesn't run any better with the OE Iridiums, but you might be able to get a little more mileage out of them. The OE Iridiums should be good for 120000 miles, although Nissan still recommends 105000 intervals.
