Radiator ByPass Questions

i bought my 2005 nissan pathfinder se offroad 4x4 and i was reading up on the radiator bypass. i looked under my hood i was wondering if anyone knew if this was a radiator bypass or just a stock fan. pictures below. okay how do you put up pictures? file:///C:/Users/Sullivans/Dropbox/20130713_120131.jpg

It's a factory installed, auxiliary electric fan. A "bypass" is when the trans cooler hoses that run to the bottom of the radiator are removed and the cooler lines are run solely to the auxiliary cooler in front of the A/C condenser on the right side of the vehicle.
