Intake Manifold Spacer

Postby bbermann » Sat Oct 12, 2013 5:33 am

I just noticed that I posted a reply in an old thread under a topic other than "R51 Engine, Driveline and Powertrain" so I am re-posting here for better visibility.

Here is the original thread:
http://www.thenissanpath.com/viewtopic.php?t=729

And my post:

Sitting at about 85K miles and thinking about a spark plug change.

As along as I am tearing into things, maybe it might be nice to install one of these?

It would be great to get some new feedback from any of you with experience with an intake manifold spacer to help push me over the edge.

Also, is 85K too soon for a plug change?

Thanks

Its never too soon for plugs if you ask me.

You'll probably find more comments on the spacer on Xterra and Frontiers forums. There seems to be a lot more of them than Pathfinders that have made this upgrade.

Yeah. There is a lot of talk of ims on those forums. I love this forum, but there is just so much more activity on thenewx and clubfrontier than there is here
