window switch removal

hi guys
i want to remove the window switches , i guess they just pop up and away from the door but is there any specific way of doing it. i dont want to snap any of the retaining clips. its a r51 btw

Take a really skinny flathead screwdriver and pry the silver trim from the bottom.

Butter knife works great. Thin enough to slip under edge but not too small to gouge the edge.

Just replaced my switch panel tonight. Easy peasy. We'll see how the $25 ebay part holds up lol. I kept my old one just in case. Used a butter knife.
