The replacement terminal that Nissan sells is a direct replacement on 05-07 model years. In 2008, the clamp is integral to the positive battery cable, so modification of the end of the cable, as shown in above posts, is necessary to use the earlier style replacement terminal. I've also seen someone leave the threaded stud on the end of the cable and use a marine-style battery terminal, removing the wingnut and bolt that come with the terminal. Either way is cheaper and easier than replacing the entire positive cable.
