Do you mean just switch the bulbs with HID's? Yes and I did this but it sucked. The headlamp optics are garbage and you're just scattering more light. To get better coverage you have to aim them too high and you blind everyone.
If you're looking for complete replacement kits with HID projectors, I've never seen any that work for the '08+.
Someone recently replaced their headlamp guts with projectors and that appeared to be decent but costly.
