2012 Pathfinder Radio and Clock Problems

I am new to the site and look forward to reading more and learning. I have a 2012 Pathfinder 4WD I am not sure which model SE, LE Etc it does not say. It has no NAV or bluetooth? I am having probelems with the Cd /Radio resetting each time I turn of the car I could be listening to the radio I turn the car off and when I turn it back on a CD starts up also I could be listening to a song on a CD I turn off the car when I turn it back on it starts up on a different song on the same CD. Also I just recently replaced the battery and now the clock will not keep correct time. I will set it and as soon as you turn off the car and restart it is some ridiculous time. I purchased the car back in the summer with under 30k miles it was super clean and I like it but The radio/ Cd player issue has bothered me since day 1 now the clock issue. Any help would be awesome
