Sunroof doesn't close from vent position. Pops back up

Hey guys,

I know sometimes side windows will have timing issues with automatic open/close I'm wondering if my sunroof has a similar issue.

It opens and closes normally but when I try to use the vent feature (raise the rear edge up)
it will pop up, but when I try to close it it shuts then pops back open.
I can get it to close if I reach around and push down on the glass from the outside.
any sugguestions?
I've checked the rails and channels. No debris or anything to hinder it as far as I can see.

I had exactly the same problem. I let the dealer fix it within maintenance procedures. According to the dealer there was a problem with the servo zero positioning, which was somehow shifted.
Probably due to trying to open (accidentaly) while it was covered with ice.
