any how to's on independent fogs on 07 Path SE

i would love to be able to turn on my fogs without turning on the low beams and i dont want to make them dtrls either i just want to be able to choose when i can have them on. also i was wondering if anyone knows of a way to change the amber dash color? thanks all.
