Stuck CD disk

Last week I decided to use the CD player and it worked fine but would not eject the disk. Any ideas to keep the damage minimal?

sometimes it does that with mine. i just switch to another CD then back again and try ejecting. usually works on second try.

I got rid of my factory unit after having problems on my '01 and then again on my '06.

Try disconnecting the neg. battery cable then re-connecting. Should spit it out then.
