tailgate and tail glass shock absorber looking thingys

as subject says...i got bumped in the head by both the glass and this morning the tail gate itself....PLS HELP...i emember i was quoted almost 1,340 Dirhams = 360$ for all 4 from the dealers!!!....should i go to the scrap yard...or what other options do i have

I just replaced mine on the lift gate. I bought them from Advance Auto for just under $60.00 and they were easy to replace. I'm sure you can get them from any local parts store.
