Rear door adjustment

Anyone know if there is any way to adjust the rear door on Pathfinder? Mine rattles over bumps, worried it may get worse as the rattling wears the lock mechanism.
Tried loosening both male and female side of lock, each only have about 1mm play. Also tried hinge bolts with same result

You might look inside the door. I had a rattle at one point and pulled one of the access panels in the hatch. With the door raised I was able to bang around/shake it to locate the noise. Ended up stuffing a piece of foam up between a couple metal bits (forget exactly what/where) and it's been quiet ever since.
