Front shaft UJ gone

Hi Folks

Had some snow here this winter and been in 4x4 quite a bit, recently i had some severe clunking and checked and my front shaft UJ is gone, clunking is only in 4 wheel drive so explains it, anyone know the procedure to replace this? big job? small job?

Easy job. There's instructions located in the service manual located here http://www.thenissanpath.com/viewtopic.php?t=2305. However I would recommend using a U-joint press to make removing the old u-joints easier after being exposed to snow and road salt for years. Most local part stores have these available to rent.
