Leaking seals

I had some time to crawl under the truck today and while getting used oil samples from the transfer case and diffs I noticed a very slight 'wet spot' leak between the engine and transmission. Does anyone know if seal leaks are covered in the first year 'Nissan fixes everything' period, or have any had any of their drive train leaks repaired by Nissan under warantee.

I can't see why seals whould not be included in the warranty. It should cover parts and labor. The only excuse they might offer is that it's normal to see some "wet spots" so long as it does not drip.
