You guys should visit the nissanusa website. It has been revised for the '09 Pathfinder. It only lists S, SE, LE models. The V8 is only available in the LE and with 4WD. No SE Off-Road is mentioned. I think that is a bad idea as the Off-Road model was one model in the lineup that set is apart from other SUV's.

An '08 SE-V8 I test drove way back last October is still on the Santa Barbara Nissan lot. It now has $7,000 off written on the window. It's kind of sad because that is such an awesome vehicle.
