What do I need to replace the front Differential with a Titan front diff (M205)

Besides the Titan front diff (M205) & the Pathfinder V8 half shafts?

No, it won't.
V6 Pathys have the R200 rear diff; V8 and turbo diesel Pathys have the R230.
Totally different things, Pathys have independent rear suspension (IRS) and Frontiers have a solid axle.

From what I've read about the Titan diff swap, you just need the diff(in the proper ratio) and the V8 half shafts. It should be bolt in. thenewx and clubfrontier forums have info on this swap.
