Photos without side steps

Postby drmayer » Mon Apr 06, 2009 11:42 am

I am considering removing my side steps from my 05. I don't need or use them. Does anyone have a picture of them removed and without any type of slider or something?

Thanks.

I've thought about removing them but realized rocks would be chipping the paint away.

I dont notice any chips in my paint and mine never had step rails. I think the stock mud flaps help out there.

I like mine without the steps a lot better as well. I haven't noticed any rock chips as a result, but I do live in Florida, and there aren't a whole lot of rocks here anyway.
