$200 for what seems to be nothing more than a giant polyurethane bump stop???

Let us know how it works out

Its a progressive rate bump stop. It wont have the "springing" affect that the airbags do when they are inflated. They only get used when the truck is loaded. Unloaded and it does not ride on them.

For twice the price of the air bags and none of the hassle, seems like a better option. We will see. Bought for my camping road trip out west this fall.

Post the pictures w/ the kit installed as well as your experience/impression, please. It might cost twice as much as airbags, but it is nice/good to have options.

Got the Timbrens installed. Here are a few pictures. I will update the thread when i get some miles on them and can compared to stock.

This setup just replaces the factory rear bump stops. They are about a 1/8th of a inch from contacting at normal ride height with no load.

Got a few trips to work on these.

Firmed up the ride in the rear. Seems to be less body roll in sharp turns.

The rear suspension up travel is more limited now, but it is met by a firm "squish" instead of the normal stock up travel the results in the harsh bottoming out.

Headed to the mountains for some camping next week. I will have a big load of firewood hanging off the back in my hitch basket. We will see how much better it rides then.

So far no complaints.

This is a great option for a maintenance free option with a lifetime warranty.

Any questions feel free to ask.

Do they make a loud clang when going at speed over a bump?

No noise from these over any bumps loaded or unloaded.

An ya, they work the same on the 2WD OR 4WD
