sound like the tech was inexperienced. hopefully they fix it right so you don't have to return. i work for a dealer and i see the wanna be techs who mess up customers cars all the time. when my chain was replaced i spoke to the advisor about the techs experience. i told him i do not want some fresh out of school tech or butcher learning on my truck. good luck
