Removing facoty roof rails

Anyone know how to remove the factory roof rails? The one's that go front to back on each side. Not the cross bars.

you have to pry off the plastic covers on the front and the back to access the bolts that hold it in place.

I took mine off over a year ago to put a better roof rack on my PF but never took any pictures of the process. So here goes...

Pry the trim off the front and rear mounts. There are Torx bolts underneath the plastic trim/caps at the front and rear attachment points. Remove those bolts. Then you will slide the rail to the rear of the vehicle and lift it vertically to release the rail from the center mounts. You can then take the Torx bolts out of the center mount to remove it.
