Vibrates funny at low RPMs and only when in Overdrive

I have an 05 SE 4x4 that when I'm maintaining speeds of 30,40,50 mph and under 2000 rpms the whole truck rumbles until I accelorate above 2000 rpms and it only does this when I am in overdrive. I've read through the forum and can't tell if its the u joint issue or transmission. Any help would be great. Thanks.

I took it to the dealer today. There is no antifreeze in my transmission fluid, they want to do a test on it to iscolate the noise. Probably going to cost around $150 for the test.Mentioned something about a torque shutter? Who knows! Hopefully I dont need a new transmission. I will keep you posted.
