intelligent key & bluetooth

I've been lurking here for a while, but this is my first post. I didn't want to register until I was sure I was getting a PF, so here it goes.

I noticed on the new PF, starting with the Silver Edition, the intelligent key and bluetooth is standard. I know this is also included in the LE, so I was wondering when it became standard in the LE?
