Bose Subwoofer Replacement and Other Options

I have done hours of search through these pages and have yet to find the sub specs.

I have to replace the Bose subs due to being blown. Has any body sucessfully replaced these with aftermarket of the same size using the Bose amp and all?

AND

If so which ones and how did you wire them up? Probably going to tackle this Saturday and Sunday. Thanks in Advance

No problem. Get the service manuals at top of the page first. When I break it all down I will do a write up with pics since no one has really done that yet.
