There is a Top Post model and side and top and side post available. The packaging is really nice and doubles as a battery spacer.
Same of diff batt for the 4.0l and 5.6l?

Do you have to modify anything to use the factory positive battery lead (L shaped) with the Optima battery?... Thanks........ Triffid

Nope it's a direct replacement. No mods necessary. I replaced the stock -Terminal clamp because the OEM one looked like crap.

Optima red top or yellow top are the best to buy for cold weather cranking. I had that in my last car.

DO NOT GET THE 34R!! If your looking for direct swap, the 34R listed on their site will not work. I found this out the hard way. The terminals on the 34R are too far from the backside edge of the battery, thus as you mentioned, the 90 degree battery cable won't fit. The negative cable can be attached, but the positive will not make the turn without some modification.

Go with the 35 as it's a direct replacement.
