Recommendation for 6 channel EQ (2011 Bose System w/ Nav)

I believe a 6 channel EQ is what I'm looking for. I'd like the ability to tailor the sound of the existing Bose, 10 speaker system. Anyone gone down this route? I'm envisioning using the "cubby hole" adjacent to the AUX jack. Would love to get feedback/comments/recommendations.

I dont have a bose system in my truck, but i have done a lot of car audio in the past. Alpine has some active digital sound processesor that i think would be a little bit more of what you are thinking. you will be able to custom tailor each channel from what ever low to high range you want. I was even able to use it as an active crossover for my front speakers.
