2006 LE Blower Motor Problem

I have a 2006 Nissan Pathfinder and my blower fan is working only occasionally. I tried to start this project on my own but only made it as far as replacing my incabin air filter.

1) I tried to remove my glove box am unable to get the sucker the whole way out, I removed the four screws holding it in, and got the clasps on the top of the housing to unhook, but can't get the right side of the unit to come out.

2) After I manage to get the glove box off I'm not sure where the blower motor is or what I have to remove to get to it.

Any help with those two problems would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
