spedo way under the 0??

Have an 07 SE and i recently got an Engine code P0717 and ive noticed that im driving 10 mph lower that whats stated on the speedometer and on idle or stopped the spedo stick drops like 3/4 inch below the 0. the code states theres an issue with the turbine sensor?? any info or help is appreciated. thanks

It's likely one of the two turbine speed sensors on the transmission that is causing it, but could also be a harness issue. One would need access to a scantool compatible with the transmission system to properly diagnose the issue.
