How does one remove the sunvisor holder?

How does one remove the sunvisor holder/retainer, AKA the little the plastic clip that the sunvisor clips into?

The parts diagram from Courtesy Parts shows a screw - not necessarily for the "holder" end - but if there is one it is completely under the plastic.

Any thoughts on how to get this beast out, or is it a rip and replace item?

on the actual piece closer to the window, there is a little hole. get a flat head place in the hole and i believe push a little up towards roof of car and twist the holder. not positive on which way to twist.
