Suspension upgrade with 08V8 Nissan parts

I've been looking at the possibility of using 08V8 heavier front struts and rear springs /shocks to get a bit more carrying capacity and stiffer ride in this PF so that it can take offroad potholes a bit better.

08V8 Front strut /shock kit part no: E6110-ZS60A - $82
08V8 Front spring part no: 54010-ZS60B - $96
08V8 Rear spring part no: 55020-ZS60B - $65
08V8 Rear shock part no: E6200-ZS61B - $98

Aside from these the parts guy says the 07V6 bolts, washers, etc should be interchangeable. These are local dealership parts prices, I haven't seen what Courtesy or others have 08V8 parts listed at yet.

Any foreseen downsides to this plan, suspension mount weaknesses or frame differences, etc...Thanks.
